Finally, a progress photo that I can actually see progress in and I’m proud of!
This was the result of healthier eating, cardio and strength (and a bit of Centergy). Not weight loss, not calorie-counting, not restricting.
I haven’t lost any weight at all, and I don’t want to. I’d just started going to the gym a few weeks before the first picture, and I kept that up. I also cut down on a lot of things like soft drinks and chips, and had school snacks of fruit & veggies instead.
I’m 173.4cm (5’8).
